How long does delivery take?                           

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 & Hermes. Orders are then delivered within 2-5 business days.

Regarding Coronavirus, items can take up to 14 working days depending your area & Lockdown restrictions 

I haven't received my order

Firstly check your tracking number that is provided once your order has processed. If that doesn't give you the answer then please send us an email on [email protected] or message our Facebook page and we'll look into this urgently for you.

Returns

If your unhappy with an item then as long as its complete and in its original packaging we will accept returns. Please take note that we cannot give full refunds on wax melts that are used, nor do we give refunds on SALE / Collection box items. 

My item came damaged.

We're sorry your item arrived damaged. Please send and email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damages/issue. We will resolve the best we can by either sending a replacement or refund. (SALE items not included)
